Steven T. Lee, CPA, is the Chair of the Accounting and Tax Department at Purvis, Gray and Company, LLP. Steven works out of the Ocala and Gainesville offices and has over 17 years of accounting experience.

Steven’s experience includes providing tax preparation and advisory services to a wide variety of clients, including individuals, small-, medium-, and large-sized businesses, not-for-profit organizations, trusts, and estates.  Steven also provides auditing services to a wide variety of clients, including local governments, health care organizations, public utilities, not-for-profit organizations, and for-profit businesses.

Steven earned his bachelor degree from Saint Leo University.  He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).

Steven speaks to numerous groups on a variety of tax and accounting topics, including teaching continuing professional education courses.

Steven served as Secretary of the Kiwanis Club of Ocala, Inc. for ten years and is currently a Trustee for the Ocala Camp Kiwanis Foundation, Inc.  Other community involvement includes being a current Board member of the United Way of Marion County, Inc. and serving on the Allocations Committee for eight years.  While away from the office, Steven spends time with his family through traveling and coaching his three children in Upwards Sports at First Baptist Church of Ocala.
