We are currently looking for a Bookkeeper in our Ocala office.

Essential Functions:

  • Bookkeeping

  • Payroll Tax preparation

  • Monthly, Quarterly and daily data input

  • Monthly write-up

  • QuickBooks set-up

  • Financial Statement preparation

  • Various other accounting and consulting services

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience required (additional accounting education/certifications a plus)

  • Extensive experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel required

  • Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles

  • Keen attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized

  • Competent collaborator and skilled cross-functional communicator

  • Strong time manager with respect for deadlines

  • Decisive and critical thinker with ability to identify errors and solve problems
