As a Partner at Purvis Gray, Barbara Boyd provides audit and accounting services to a wide variety of clients, including local governments, public utilities, not-for-profit organizations, and for-profit businesses.

Barbara graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Accounting. She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), Florida Government Finance Officers Association (FGFOA) and the North Central Florida chapter of the FGFOA. Additionally, Barbara serves on the firm’s Concurring Review Team and Quality Control Team.  Barbara currently serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of North Central Florida.

For fun, Barbara likes to travel anywhere she hasn’t been before, and loves spending time with her four children.
