As a Tax Manager at Purvis Gray, Chris provides tax preparation and tax planning services to a wide variety of clients including businesses, individuals, trusts, and estates in industries such as hospitality, real estate, professional services, and family offices.
Chris has advised start-up businesses, closely held family businesses and high net worth individuals, among others, implement tax and succession planning strategies. He has also successfully represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service and Florida Department of Revenue. As a staff accountant Chris also gained experience working on audits of hotels, restaurants, and financial services entities.
Chris graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a minor in finance earning Dean’s List honors for seven semesters and Principal’s Honor Roll one semester. Chris received a master’s degree in taxation also from the University of Central Florida in 2009 and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Florida.
Chris and his wife, Becky (also a CPA), have three sons, Will, Mikey and Ben who keep them (very) busy outside the office. But occasionally, Chris can still sneak in a round of golf, hit the gym or read a good book.
